Painkiller® Ingredients

The Painkiller® is a blend of Pusser’s Rum with 4 parts pineapple juice, 1 part cream of coconut and 1 part orange juice served over the rocks with a generous amount of fresh nutmeg on top. You have a choice of numbers 2, 3 or 4, which designate the amount of Pusser’s Rum! Cheers!

    I got HOOKEDCon Painkillers in ST. John,USVI waiting for the Ferry… Get Drink use it for all the Holidays>

    I like to make up punch bowl of #2,s. But every time I have to get my tin cup out an figure it out. Do you have a receipt for #2 using the whole 750ml.

    Best Painkillers of all time…May 1990, Pusser’s at Soper’s Hole Marina, Tortola, BVI. Ahhh… I remember it like it was yesterday and I haven’t had a decent Painkiller since then!!!!!
