Sunday Brunch on the Water
 $18.95 per Person – $9.95 Kids 10 and Under. A variety of breakfast selections plus carved prime ribs of beef, made-to-order pastas and luncheon entrées. Add a Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Marina Cay Champagne Cocktail for just $3.
ISLAND HOUR Monday through Friday from 4pm-7pm at the bar. Get $3.50 well cocktails, $3.50 house wine, $3.50 draught beer and $4.00 for craft draught. Also, grab select appetizers for only $5.00 at the inside bar! These include: Crab dip with tortilla chips, fish taco with rice and bean sauce, chicken sliders with trio of sauces, popcorn shrimp with spicy red pepper sauce, buffalo hot wings (1/2 dozen) with bleu cheese dip, tenderloin tail roll-up with sauteéd onions and mushrooms, and sweet potato wedges with BBQ sauce.

Meet Our Chef

Chef Jim Ericksen While working for the Muirfield Village Golf Club in Ohio, home to the PGA Memorial Tournament, Chef James Eriksen, II (Chef Jim) discovered a passion for cooking. Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Jim has traveled the country, working in many fine establishments. While working as the Executive Sous Chef for a Baltimore hotel, Chef Jim found a home in Annapolis and fell in love with the waterfront town. He began working at Pusser’s Caribbean Grille in April of 1995 and brought his passion and excitement for cooking to the restaurant’s menu. “The Caribbean represents so many cultures and the food there is quite an infusion of those cultures. The changing climate of food tastes allows me to constantly evolve my style of cooking and create new and exotic flavors for my customers.” Company Store with Authentic Pusser’s Gear and Memorabilia Our Company Store offers a wide variety of privately branded tropical and nautical apparel along with an interesting selection of accessories, spices, chutneys and drink mixes. Our Pusser’s Caribbean Grille is a British pub style restaurant inspired by the Pusser’s Rum Company, a 350-year-old premium rum brand that “fueled” the British Royal Navy until 1971. And the name—Pusser’s? Just a corruption of the word ‘purser’, the British Royal Navy officer who doled out the daily ration of rum to the ship’s mates.
