CURRIED CHICKEN SAUTÉ
Boneless chicken thighs, jerk rubbed, seared and sliced, then tossed with grilled pineapple, peppers, onions and garlic. Finished with our West Indian curried coconut sauce and topped with rice. 10.95

CUBAN SHRIMP SOFRITO
Six jumbo shrimp pan-seared with garlic, peppers and onions, then finished with Cuban sofrito sauce and served over rice. Cuban black bean sauce garnish. 10.95

RUM BARBECUED SALMON
Char-grilled Atlantic salmon basted with our “Pusser’s Rum” citrus barbecue sauce. Served over whipped yams with steamed vegetable. Garnished with mango-corn relish. 11.95

FRESH FISH TACOS
Two flour tortillas stuffed with spiced fresh fish and Cheddar Jack cheese. Garnished with shredded lettuce, Sofrito salsa, guacamole and sour cream and accompanied by a side of rice with black bean sauce. 11.95

SPICY JAMAICAN JERKED TUNA STEAK
Sashimi grade Yellow Fin Tuna steak rubbed with spicy hot Jamaican jerk seasoning, char-grilled medium rare. Served thinly sliced with vegetable hash and garnished with mango corn relish. 11.95

A pan-seared, lump crab cake with a special blend of herbs and spices based on a local 1890s recipe. Served with fresh steamed vegetables and rice with black bean sauce. 16.95
